THE VALUE OF LOCAL RSL MEMBERSHIP

Wonthaggi RSL is proud to welcome new members, including past and present service personnel, their families and friends, volunteer supporters and community members.

Membership and mate-ship are key tenets, underscoring our Sub Branch’s mission to offer the best possible support and services to all generations of veterans and their families in Bass Coast. Our vision is to ensure veterans and their loved ones are supported and empowered to live fulfilling, healthy lives.

In a local context, Wonthaggi RSL Sub Branch membership strives to offer an extension of these values, offer support, and reinforces mate-ship and family as core values and priorities. So please feel free to join us in continuing to build a vibrant community of veterans, volunteer supporters.

This Sub-Branch stands ready to extend support, or a listening ear, to all veterans and their families, and services, personel regardless of membership status.

SERVICE MEMBER

Service Membership is available to those who have served or are serving in the Australian Defence Force, and for those who have served in the Armed Forces of our Allies (UK, US or another Commonwealth nation or for those who served in support of Australia and its allies in a theatre of conflict)

AFFILIATE MEMBER
$ 25.00

Relatives of a Service or Life Member (or any person who was eligible to be a member of the League at the time of death), as well as current members of the Police Department, Fire Brigade, Ambulance Service, or SES with at least six months of service, or persons awarded the Certificate of Merit or a State or National Certificate of Appreciation.

Any person/s from the general public who are considered able to meet Wonthaggi RSL Sub Branch’s mission and values.

        Applications for Membership

        Applications for Wonthaggi RSL Sub-Branch Inc. Membership is open to all Veterans, Service Affiliates and Social members via our online form facility below. Just select your membership type, fill out the form with your service, relatives, and or personal details, check it’s correct, choose submit, then proceed to make your online membership payment to the Sub Branch.

        • Please Note: Service and Affiliate Memberships will be Pending, subject to ID verification requirements
        • Therefore either submit your valid form of ID, e.g. copy of your license, photo ID, or present your credentials to the Wonthaggi RSL Office – Membership Manager, Friday’s after 3:00.pm, located at 60 Graham St, Wonthaggi (CBD),Victoria

        If you would prefer a printed version to complete your membership by hand, you can download a copy here, (membership forms will be uploaded shortly). Please then hand in your completed membership form to the office in person.

        Wonthaggi RSL Sub Branch has a licensed Bar opening for Sippers from 4:00.pm – 7:pm
